Software engineering

Software testing and QA services

Loxvo provides software testing services: manual and automated QA for web, mobile and enterprise applications, covering regression, API, load and performance, usability and user acceptance testing. Teams can outsource QA entirely or add test engineers to their own sprints.

What it covers

Automation covers regression, load and performance, and API testing, integrated with your CI/CD pipeline. Manual testing covers exploratory testing, usability, user acceptance and compatibility across devices and platforms.

We plan by risk: the parts of the product that would hurt most if they failed get tested first and most often.

What you get

  • Regression and API automation
  • Load and performance testing
  • Exploratory and UAT testing
  • CI/CD integration
  • QA outsourcing
  • Embedded test engineers

Tools and platforms

  • Selenium
  • Cypress
  • JMeter
  • Postman

How it works

Four steps, each one visible.

  1. (01)

    Assess

Product risks, current coverage and release process.

  2. (02)

    Plan

A test strategy that says what is automated, what stays manual and why.

  3. (03)

    Execute

Tests run each sprint and in the pipeline, with clear defect reports.

  4. (04)

    Improve

Coverage and flaky tests are reviewed on a schedule.

Questions

QA and testing: common questions.

Should we automate all our tests?

No. Automate what runs often and is stable, such as regression and API checks. Exploratory, usability and new-feature testing are better done by people.

Can you take over QA for an existing product?

Yes. We start with a risk assessment and a review of current tests, then build coverage where it is thinnest.

Which tools do you use?

Selenium and Cypress for UI automation, Postman for API testing and JMeter for load and performance, integrated with your CI/CD pipeline.
