Agile delivery

Agile coaching and consulting

Agile consulting helps an organization change how it plans and delivers work so that value reaches customers sooner. Loxvo's agile coaches assess the current way of working, agree a roadmap, and coach teams and leaders through the change using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS as the context requires.

What it covers

We assess how work flows today, agree a roadmap, and coach teams and leaders through the change. Frameworks include Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and LeSS; we choose by context, not by habit.

Coaching is hands-on: facilitating events, removing impediments, setting up useful metrics, and connecting agile delivery with DevOps and continuous delivery. The aim is a way of working your people keep after we leave.

Questions

Agile coaching and consulting: common questions.

What does an agile coach do?

An agile coach helps teams and leaders change how they plan, build and release: teaching the practices, facilitating events, removing obstacles and building the habits that keep the change in place.

Which framework do you recommend?

It depends on the size of the organization and the kind of work. Scrum suits product teams, Kanban suits flow-based work, and SAFe or LeSS help when many teams must plan together.

How long does an agile transformation take?

Single teams can change their way of working within a few sprints. Organization-wide change takes longer and depends on leadership involvement; we plan it in stages with visible results in each.
